Download the UPRIGHT GO app for iOS and Android and sync your device with your phone to start your daily training sessions and track your progress. The difference between training and tracking modes is that the training mode actively tracks your posture and sends a gentle vibration when you slouch, reminding you to correct your posture. The tracking mode actively tracks your posture, but your device will not vibrate or send you any alerts.
If your device is blinking red, it means you need to charge your device. If your UPRIGHT GO doesn't vibrate right away when you slouch, it might have something to do with the Trainer you selected in the app. We recommend switching to a different Trainer, e.g., the Stationary Trainer, and seeing if that works better for you.
